Accenture to acquire Corliant

Accenture (ACN), a management consulting firm, said Thursday it agreed to buy privately held technology consulting firm Corliant Inc.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The companies expect the deal to close within 60 days, after which, Corliant and its 150 workers will become a unit of Accenture Technology Consulting.
