Capgemini #1 Global Outsourcing Vendor

Capgemini, one of the world's foremost providers of Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services, today announced that it has been ranked the No.1 global outsourcing vendor based on average survey position per year (2004 - 2007) in the recently published "Black Book of Outsourcing." For 2007, Capgemini is ranked No. 2 overall and leads in a number of other subcategories.
Now in its fourth year, "The Black Book of Outsourcing" is an annual independent ranking of outsourcing advisors and vendors. For the 2007 edition, more than 21,000 outsourcing users participated - and 4,550 global outsourcing vendors were evaluated.
The annual survey includes the "Black Book Top 50," a rating of the world's top outsourcing companies. Over the past four years, Capgemini has maintained a higher average rating than any other company in the Top 50.
"In terms of earning high client satisfaction scores, no other global outsourcing provider in the 'Black Book Top 50' has been more consistent than Capgemini," said Doug Brown, president of the Brown-Wilson Group and "Black Book of Outsourcing" co-author.
