Accenture to buy H.B. Maynard

Management and technology consultant Accenture Ltd. said Tuesday it will buy privately held H.B. Maynard and Co. Inc., a consulting, software and training firm.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Accenture said the deal will give the company access to Maynard's workforce performance techniques and software tools.
The company said it expects the acquisition to close within 30 days.
